Nice atmosphere, somewhat hard to get into a lot. The young lady overcharged instead of offering my money she offered a donut not cool should be more careful I didn't need an extra donut.
I waited at the counter for about 5 minutes without anyone acknowledging me, or at least make any eye contact. Two crew members behind the counter passed and looked over me about three times before assisting me. I used to frequent this store and always received a warm welcome upon entering, but I guess good hospitality is a thing of the past. I understand it could get busy at times, but at least let the customer in line know that you'll be helping them soon.
