First time at El Lechon de Negron the food was excellent I had stake with onions white rice and pink beens with a side of plantain delicious if you're looking for a good puerto rican restaurant i wood recommend this plac👌
I ordered catering from this restaurant and it was really fantastic. They came highly recommended for catering and they did not disappoint. The meats were very good- The Pernil is delicious, fatty, a bit dry. The yellow rice with pinto beans was better than expected, very good! Mofongo balls were tasty but quite dense and dry; hard to eat much of those. Maduros were as expected, maybe a bit on the sweeter side. Good service. I would definitely order from them again. Been going here for years. The best empanadas and good food choices. HOWEVER, the servings are too small for the price (you get 2 tiny scoops of rice and 3 pieces of the thin chimichurri chicken) and they can’t EVER get my order right. 4 out of 5 times I have to either drive back or just deal with it because Im too hungry to go back. A few times the chimichurri chicken has been too salty to even eat so I have stopped ordering it to be on the safe side and not waste my money...
