Wanted to like this cute place but wouldn’t go back. Decor is nice, service was terrible. 20minutes to get someone to take our order, another 29 to actually get the food- pancakes were cold, really cold. Sent it back. Manager came out & said he would put the order in again. 2nd order came Luke warm. Not a pleasant experience Will find another place next time
Two other guest and myself was dissatisfied with the service. It took too long to be seated. There was a visible mouse trap near the kitchen. The 2 burnt “million dollar pieces of bacon” that was forgotten had to send back. Also, ALL the servers smocks were filthy and the MANAGER hair was inappropriate and had on mixed match socks. The staff was mainly young and inexperienced. This restaurant has great potential, but the first impression is a lasting impression.
