I've been going to Peterson's, now Galloping Hill Inn for many years. I've always liked the food. I went there today and was very disappointed. I ordered a double with mustard and barbecued onions. I should have known there would be a problem when my order was ready, bagged and all, when I paid. The dogs weren't fried. As a matter of fact, they were barely warm and the double was on a regular hot dog bun, not the usual roll that they had previously served....
The food was phenomenal.I had the California deluxe cheese burger with crinkle cut fries and the lady I talked to for a bit was really nice. I'm still shocked this place has been open a 100 years so much history.

I still hold with my previous review that the Galloping Hill Inn is a solid place for a hot dog. They have a lot more on the menu including a number of Greek specialties, sausage, ice cream, beer and more but hot dogs seem to be the draw.
I have eaten inside in the dining room before and it was enjoyable.
My only, only, recommendation to the Galloping Hill Inn would be to swap the ketchup back to...
