I’m writing to let you know about an absolutely unacceptable experience I had at your restaurant yesterday. I traveled in from out of state, excited to finally try your place because of how highly it was recommended. Instead, the service I received from your server, Asia K, was by far the rudest and most unprofessional I have ever experienced.

From the moment we sat down, her attitude was negative and dismissive. When we asked about making a drink stronger (knowing there would be an upcharge), she responded in a sarcastic, condescending way and repeated herself multiple times instead of just handling the request. Her tone, her attitude, and the way she carried herself throughout the entire meal were disrespectful, unwelcoming, and frankly shocking.

This wasn’t one small mistake — it was consistent rudeness from beginning to end. What should have been a fun, enjoyable night with friends turned into a stressful, disappointing experience. To make matters worse, being forced to leave a tip for such terrible service felt like adding insult to injury.

If this is the kind of person you allow to be the face of your restaurant, representing your business, then it speaks volumes about your standards. I left regretting that I ever stepped foot in your doors, and no matter how good your food may be, I will not be returning.

Shame on you for allowing employees to treat customers this way
