Very poor service and unfriendly staff who are impatient. There seemed to be 2 employees who had a language barrier and made our food wrong. Never would I go back or recommend it to anyone.

Jersey Mikes at this location is very hit or miss. Sometimes the sandwiches come out really good but I feel like because they are so busy all the time, more often than not, the quality of the food being made is lowered. I stick to the hot sandwiches or the occasional Italian sub but they have tons of options on their menu with a lot of customization. The staff is small but super friendly and do their best to get the orders done in time.
Smith Road location in Parsippany never disappoints. Great service every visit!!!

Food was ok. The cheesesteak was not even as close as good as how they do it in the Yankees Stadium. Everytime i go to the stadium that's what I eat mikes famous cheesesteak. I was really disappointed. But other than that the Original Italian Sandwich was amazing. A for the kids they were also not too crazy about their sandwiches. I guess I'll just get some cheesesteaks when I go to Yankees Stadium.
