My family and I have been going to Mark Twain for a while, mostly takeouts. Yesterday I left work very late and my son ordered food online to pick up. He asked “potato and vegetable” but didn’t specify - they don’t have an option to do so online.
I have worked in several diners in my younger years and every time there was a doubt, we would either call the client or wait for pick up to make sure what kind of potato they meant, I mean, not hard to scoop whatever and...read full review

We dined in at Mark Twain and my order was steak and shrimp with broccoli and baked sweet potato. My steak was overdone and rubbery and the broccoli was cold. My friend had a seafood dinner with the most pitiful almost non existent lobster tail we have ever seen before. The waitress was very good but the manager not so much. He exchanged the lobster tail but tried to convince me that my steak was made correctly when even the waitress commented that it was over done.
