Ordered extra Dry cappuccino through drive through. When I got the drink it was regular cappuccino. Marissa at the window says" this is all our machines can froth. We can't go more dry than this"! Starbucks may have to look into this as other stores can make extra dry very well.
I ordered a Venti iced royal English breakfast tea latte. Everything went fine until I went to the drivethru where I received by tea hot and then when I voiced that the barista just took my drink and just poured it into a clear cup which should be for cold drinks and thought I would think everything is cold now!! I would prefer if they took the orders seriously and would get it right instead of messing up my order and also faking fixing it!!

What an amazing place! The whole staff is 10/10! All the drinks come out tasting amazing. I’ve been visiting this location since it opened its always consistent in amazing service. This is my new favorite spot!
