We’ve come in here before and the food was great. Tonight was above great! We came in close to closing and were first met with a clean dining area (as usual). Clefson greeted us at the chop block to take our order and his attitude was very pleasant. Taniel followed behind him with an assist and took our side orders. We ordered a medium size brussel sprouts and since it was close to closing, he offered us fresh brussel sprouts. Dazzle finished the order and made check out easy and packaged our food with care. The customer service we received was definitely beyond what we expected. Shout out to the two cooks in the back!!! Came in for a quick bite, left with a good laugh.On a side note, portion sizes were good and love the fact they over fill the side cups.If you’re in the area stop by for a quick sandwich, you won’t be disappointed! It’s worth a try.

Holy sh!t this is so delicious. Is it Texas bbq? No. But is it the closest I’ve had since I was in Texas??? Yes. It’s salty but has so much other flavor. The balance of the sweetness and spice, the little bit of vinegar tang, the sea salt topping. It’s incredible and intense. I got a pulled pork sandwich, to go. They put the bun on the side, as well as two sides of bbq sauce. I got a cornbread, and a side of Brussel sprouts. The sprouts are dark roasted, a little charred but still soft, and a little firm on the inside. The pork is soft, falling apart tender with some charred bits as well from whatever crust it had. It’s oily, but the flavor of the pork is so well balanced and moist. The sprouts are just incredible. I made the sandwich, and they’re generous with the pork helping so I only used about a third for the sandwich on a potato bun, which is reminiscent of a backyard hang during the summer at my dads house. I used the rest of the pork to dress up the cornbread, a large square of really moist, traditional cornbread. Cut the square in half like a bun, and open face sandwiched it with the coleslaw on top, a bit of salt and pepper for the coleslaw because it IS the only criticism I have, seeing as it’s really just mayonnaise and cabbage. Needs the extra love. Delicious, simple, well cooked and well worth the stop.
Visited Mighty Quinn’s for the first time this evening. From the food to the service, it was overall an excellent experience! We got the brisket sandwich and pulled pork sandwich meals with Mac and cheese and Brussel sprouts which were really great size portions for the meal. The staff that made the experience even better - they were so friendly and kind - Taniel, Clefsor, Dazzy, Ariana & Natasha thank you - we will definitely be back soon!!
