Had an amazing first experience at the grand opening of Planet Smoothie in Union! The customer service was top tier everyone was friendly, welcoming, and made the experience even better. I tried the Fuji Island Breeze green smoothie, and it was fresh, flavorful, and absolutely delicious. Congratulations to this amazing Black owned business! Wishing you continued success. I had the opportunity to visit during the grand opening, and Planet Smoothie made an outstanding first impression. The energy was great, the staff was welcoming, patient, and genuinely excited to serve customers. My smoothie was fresh, delicious, and made perfectly. Planet Smoothie opened with a grand opening in Union. The manager/owner and the staff were nice and very understanding of an order issue. The staff satisfied the expectation and solved the issue immediately. The customer service was top tier, friendly and welcoming. The energy was great and the staff was patient, professional and genuinely excited to serve customers. The store was clean, the service fast and the entire experience exceeded expectations. The Fuji Island Breeze green smoothie was fresh, flavorful and absolutely delicious. The menu also includes fruit bowls. The Heavenly with Nutella bowl was tried, with a dragon fruit base and an açaí base for another, both delicious and the portion sizes just right. The location shares space with a Cold Stone Creamery, so kids can enjoy ice cream while the family enjoys bowls. The staff repeated orders with a smile and showed patience and kindness. The impression was outstanding and the team delivered a quality experience. The business is a Black owned business and great to the community.
