Nice place to study, music is good. Drinks are made right, but service can be better. Sometimes I do an order ahead and have to stand in line to get a worker’s attention before I just grab the madeline’s I ordered. Also, hold your employee 1:1 somewhere else. I did not want to hear about who needs to be nicer to who.

I mean I’ve gotten refills before at the same location, only when certain employees are working do I get refused something that is within the policy of Starbucks, and yes, I do tip them.

Starbucks is my favourite place to have nice coffee but honestly Starbucks UK is better than USA. Taste here is so different. The setup is almost the same. Sharing some pics

!!! DO NOT COME HERE !!!Just get rid of all employees and start fresh. Employees stand there and talk about management while making people waut 10/15 minutes for a coffee??? Maybe your the problem if your complaining about management because you DO NOTHING!!!
Mobile order beware: Everyone who isn’t familiar with this area tries to stay away from this address. The location inside Kean University campus. You have to park and walk for few mins to get here. I ordered via mobile way ahead and still wait for 10 mine to get my orders. There seems enough barista but feel a bit slow pace.

Experience her has been nothing less than the best! Have been a customer for quite some time and always receive the highest level of food & beverage quality/freshness, customer service and restaurant cleanliness. This is a high volume facility (sometimes the drive thru doesn't seem to stop), but the team is always quite productive and deliver a great experience!

If I could give 0 stars, I absolutely would. How difficult is it to get an order correct after going frequently and ordering the same thing?Each time I go, I have at least one issue with my order. Either not having it made with almond milk, putting the wrong topping on, or just deliberately leaving out ingredients. It's like these employees do not listen. Ever. At all. I've even had them remake it, and it still comes out wrong somehow.I'm over it. Completely. Don't come here if you're expecting better.
