There was easily an inch and a half of meat on the footlong! The bread was perfect. The tomato and lettuce were very fresh. Normally we don't post anything out of the 518 but we were out and about plowing snow in NYC and we stopped at Mountain View Deli. 🥪 🍪

We meet the owner Mike and he was very friendly and his hospitality was great. The cashier was very welcoming and made our experience worth it! The subs were really good and it's definitely one of the nicest deli's I've been to. They have a huge selection of homemade baked goods from Italian cookies, cheesecake, cakes and much more. The deli was super clean and my favorite part is they decorated the place for Christmas. Almost felt like home☃️ Thank you for the great service and I cannot wait to come back!

“I live in Emerson just a town away from Flynn’s. Once upon a time we had a deli called Shortrounds. Blew my top off. Long story short Shortrounds stopped their brick and mortar business and I was afraid I wouldn’t find a good deli again. Flynn’s is the best I’ve had in New Jersey. The employees are all very personable and kind and the sandwiches… i don’t even know what to say. Happy to say, it still thrives today - under new ownership - and is basically the same - with perhaps even more varieties and products - as when it began.
