My girl and I went to Mama Lena in Ventnor tonight, and what a hidden gem!

First... Ask to sit at Karen's table. She will make your experience that much better. Second, just order and enjoy. Everything we had was top notch. We couldn't get in the restaurant that we were trying to get into, and for that I'm thankful. All I wanted was a wonderful meal and a great evening and that is what I received, and then some. The food was absolutely fantastic. The service was wonderful. I'd go back again and again!
Love the food. They need to have the option to order gift cards online, rather than wait until they open at 5;00 PM

Based on the reviews, Mamma Lena's Trattoria is an excellent restaurant from start to finish. The food, atmosphere, and service are all top notch. The menu features classic Italian flavors with dishes like the veal chop Milanese, cooked perfectly—crispy, tender, and full of flavor. The seafood fra diavolo is loaded with fresh seafood and a bold, delicious sauce. Pasta dishes are great, but the pork chop is amazing and the veal parm rivals the best around. The fig app is amazing, and the beet salad is tasty. Everything is fresh, and dishes are not over salted. The service is warm, attentive, and courteous. It is a BYOB, which is an added bonus. The stylish restaurant overlooks the boardwalk and ocean. This little hidden gem is highly recommended.
