The staff here is always so friendly and I always have a great experience.
Today, a very rude customer yelled at the staff and threw his coffee on the floor, splashing me and several other customers. I wasn't burned, but several members of the staff checked to see if I was ok and apologize.
I assured them that I was fine and there was nothing for them to apologize for. They're always attentive and courteous and today was no exception.
I look forward to going back.

Wonder why it has 3 stars well I know now not friendly stuff at all, visiting from Long Island, stopped after visiting the water park, my little ones wanted ice cream thinking they had it we stopped, walked in and just asked a girl that was making a drink a question if we could order with her or the tablet with a nasty attitude she replied “GIVE ME A SECOND.” With a simple yes, I will be with u guys would have done the job, I work in customer service and I totally...read full review
This is basically the only coffee place that has a drive thru in Vernon and it’s not great. Twice I’ve gone and I ordered a bagel with cream cheese on the side, I drive to work and usually heat up my bagel again there but they always put the cream cheese on the bagel even though the sticker even says “on the side” I’ve also ordered cold brew with marshmallow cold foam and charged for it.
