Great food, great people, love the new menu!
Waited 15 minutes to be sat and when tables opened up we were ignored despite standing there. Staff literally looking at us in the lobby and proceeded to immediately seat another family that walked in. Customer service is a joke. When I let them know how disappointed we were, I was told “that’s how restaurants work”. Pure incompetence
Was told 25-30 min wait for table of 4. Place was busy so we didn’t mind waiting. After 40 min of waiting another party of 4 came in. When they heard how long we were waiting they started to discuss going somewhere else. 5 min later they were taken back after me and my party waited 40 min. When I asked why were they taken back I was told they called ahead. I proceeded to tell her that on their website you don’t take reservations. Again, she said they called ahead.
