House of bagels Reviews
These are literally the best bagels I’ve ever had in my life, better than anywhere in the city (maybe David’s before they closed in 2005?! 😆) I go out of my way to get bagels from here!
Ordered online in advance, worked out well and most notes were followed
Great bagels and sandwiches for breakfast. Also has a large variety of freshly baked on premises bagels which are not small.

The House of Bagels offers a delightful selection of fluffy bagels, served as sandwiches with a variety of options. The quality of the food makes the wait worthwhile, despite a small parking lot. The soft interiors are exceptional, though the crunchier exterior may not match the renowned bagels of New Jersey. The everything bagel with egg and cheese stands out as a customer favorite, despite a slightly greasy hash brown.
Customers praise the best bagels they've had in New Jersey, describing them as light and airy, with the right amount of egg and meat. The friendly staff, efficient service, and reasonable prices for the quality of the food have earned the restaurant a loyal following. The diverse menu includes options like the fruity pebble bagel with strawberry cream cheese, as well as a delectable tres leches cake that has become a customer favorite.
Customers have recently noted the huge size of the bagels, with the Asiago bagel being particularly airy in texture. The everything bagel is also highly recommended. The restaurant's empanadas, especially the beef empanada, have received praise as well. While the service can be slow at times, the overall experience and the quality of the food have made the House of Bagels a popular destination for those seeking delicious and freshly-made bagels.
