Fish & Fancy Seafood Take Out

I stopped by hoping for some really fresh seafood, but I was pretty let down by the whole experience. The food just felt a bit bland and not nearly as high-quality as I was expecting based on the name. I ended up waiting longer than I thought I would for takeout, and it just wasn't worth the effort or the price in the end. I probably won't be back for another round.

My family and I were in Jersey last month and this was the first place we had dinner and the food is absolutely horrible. Everything fried tasted like just oil. My seafood pasta tasted like water and tomatoes. My brother had the rice pudding and said it was decent. All in all, we wasted $250 of our money on flavorless, saltless, and tasteless food. The crew gave us the awkward “it’s black people look”. Like no one was rude but no one was welcoming either. DO NOT RECOMMEND!

If you ever picked up a seashell on the nearby shores so pristine it's shocking how everyone else overlooked it, you understand what it is to eat at Fish and Fancy. Nestled in the Villas, the exterior's understated quaintness might make it easy to drive by at first. The portions are large, the food is fantastic, and the employees are always so polite. While I will miss the mac and cheese they served during lent, if you're grading a restaurant on their sides then you haven't been to a restaurant with a good main dish. With flavors on par with (or better than) some waterfront restaurants, they sell you on the dish itself and are able to keep their prices very competitive. I've never eaten there, only taken out, so I can't speak on behalf of their dining quarters. But I'm sure it's more than adequate.

This place has great seafood. Had crab Imperial and it was really good. Had Manhatten clam chowder soup. And it was awesome. It was loaded with clams and had good herbs best I ever had. Can't wait to go back and try the other soups and seafood.

Very good food, I got the broiled sea food plater and it was just enough food to make you full. I love getting this because it’s local to where I am and it’s not that expensive. My family has been coming here for a good amount of time and we never been disappointed

We ordered new england clam chowder and calamari to go. The chowder was good & flavorful, with a little too much black pepper. The calamari was okay because it was a little soggy from being packed when it was still hot. The service was very good, food ready on time & the staff were pleasant.

food was ok . not the best . we are from scranton pa and staying on vacation and so far the seafood down here isn’t the greatest . hoping to get some good meals but been sticking out . got the scampi pasta and pasta had little to no flavor and the stuffed shrimp was honestly the only thing good we got for 100 bucks

This place is perfect. Old school seafood place with charm and sophistication. Service and staff were amazing. The food was prepared perfectly, tasted great, you could really feel the love that went into it. Go to the lobster if ya have to, just know, this place, blows it away. It's not on the water, doesn't have a big cruise ship bar but it's every bit as much a sea food place. There's no raw bar but they have many other selections behind the counter. You couldn't go wrong giving this place a try.

Thank you for taking care of the Bakers on July 22nd. You didn't have to, but ya did. You guys are a class act. So happy with this place I can't wait to come back.
