Chick-fil-A offers good food with good service and helps ease traffic near Cumberland Mall. The parking lot includes plenty of space and 2 Tesla charging ports. While curbside pickup is not often available, the two drive-thru lanes are helpful during busy times. Orders are accurate with correct dipping sauces. The staff is always friendly, providing quick service, and there are many options on the menu that make everyone in the family happy. The location is new and clean, with employees who are very nice and attentive, even offering drink refills. Customers appreciate the way they cook the chicken, which seems to be different and very well done compared to other locations. The restaurant also offers vegetarian options and is willing to make changes to menu items to suit dietary preferences. Although there was a small issue with a child's meal, it was fully replaced with a pleasant and apologetic attitude.
