Starbucks Coffee Company at the Cumberland Mall has an excellent new design. It is a convenient place to sit and relax. There is something for everyone, from hot coffee and cappuccinos to iced coffee, Frappuccinos, and something fruity. However, experiences with staff and service vary. Some find the baristas friendly and welcoming, while others report slow or rude service, such as cleaning equipment early and turning customers away. The coffee itself receives mixed reviews, with some finding it very weak.
