Katie gave me a scoop of vegetables without any steak and when asked she told me that's the portion I was receiving it came with about 2 tiny pieces of steak I don't recommend this establishment

They are always out of food at the end of the night and they are very rude there and i had many problems about payments. The food is not authentic and the taste gets faker every time i go. Do not plan on returning.

Rudest employee ever named Roy. So impatient and disrespectful. The reason I will never come back. I try to give fast food employees grace and kindness especially during the holidays and she clearly doesn't know how to do the same. Her attitude is disgusting especially when they had nothing ready.

I’ve been here twice, and a few other locations, it’s ok for a quick bite. Some times they are low on the food selections you want and they give you small portions, other times if you get it at the right time you get a good size portion. Decent food, I use gift cards, but for the normal price I’d rather just go to a real Chinese restaurant.
Have gone here twice I like the food and it's inexpensive for what you get. Chicken teriyaki is always good but wish the fried rice had a little more flavor seemed a little lacking of flavor and especially when I re heated it but all in all it is fast

I didn’t actually eat there but I did order from this Panda Express by accident instead of the one near by me over the app. The person over the phone was great and agreed to refund the purchase with out hassle. I had a very long day and was grateful for the good customer service!
Hao was so nice! He made our experience a 10/10. He really went above and beyond to make our experience worth while. He treated us like family. The food was good too! But Hao was the gem of the experience!

Never again! Came here to get something for my gmom to eat and for myself. If you are buying the last of the dish they will not give you the last 2 pieces of anything left to serve. And I asked for a sample to see if I would like it, I wanted to get something but not waste my money on something I didn't like. Woman refuses blaming COVID, lol are you serious anywhere else they will give you a piece in a cup and I'm not buying anything I don't like. I'll stick to the neighborhood Chinese, rather support them then these chains. The only reason I continued with the purchase is because I was in my way to hospital with food for my gmom. Otherwise I would e walked out even though it was packaged. After I let my friends know, they won't return either.

Just picked up a family meal with 2 large sides and 3 large entrees. Attaching pictures here for everyone to figure out if the entrees are really large inside the boxes. Can't call it inflation because the prices have been raised accordingly. Also two boxes of kung pao chicken from two different batches look completely different.

Their chow mein noodles were dry, portions no where as generous as other Chinese food places portions. Some of the food looked dried up and like it sat around in those heating pans a long time. Prices were not great either for the quality.
