This was the first time I used the panda app to order food. My order was placed at 6:50 p.m., with a pickup time of 7: 11 p.m. I arrived at 7:05 p.m., and was told that they were working on my order. At 7:15 p.m. I inquired about my order, and at this time had to tell my name to the same employee three times, Each time I spoke with her or asked about my order, she reacted as though it was the first time seeing or hearing me. She mumbled something about having to make beef and...
I love the food options and order portions and the kids meal is nice. The restaurant is always clean and food is consistently delicious. The only reason I gave four stars is because the one asian lady who works there is rude and always looks miserable.
First time at Panda Express. Good food but customer service lady was rude. I ordered a bowl but upon seeing the portion size I then asked for a plate which is bigger. This Asian lady with an accent looked so annoyed when I politely asked to switch my size. “Next time say what you want. Don’t say bowl.”
