“I LOVE this location! I can’t say enough positive things about it. Extremely clean, accommodating, patient, fresh and DELICIOUS! I had the best experience with Mason and Yazmehene. They helped me to make a hungry Girl Scout troop of over 22 girls extremely happy for their meeting! 100/10 recommend! And for any Burlington County people now living near this location ….THEY HAVE BOOST SLUSHYS!!! RUN DONT WALK TO THIS STORE!

“I came a few days before Christmas, and brought two pizza pretzels, and they were old. They Manager took very good care of us, refunded the money and remade out pizza pretzel. I did not get the young ladies name, but ai had to come on here And say that I felt satisfied enough, even though the first time wasn't right, the customer service was worth returning and trying again. “I have been to this store on several occasions. Who I assume is the owner of this franchise, NEVER fails to greet me, a trait that is lost in today's retail market. I went in today to take advantage of the NATIONAL HOT DOG DAY SPECIAL. He said to me, "you know that today Is #NationalHotDogDay". I answered, "That's why I came in" You countered with, "you know we have a hot dog special on Tuesday" and magically his signage changed to show his daily specials. Although someone else gave me my order, as I was leaving, he says to me, "See ya Tuesday" I waved to him with a huge smile on my face. So I subscribe to you all...this #PHILADELPHIAPRETZELFACTORY location really makes it worth the trip!!!“
