I work for the city, so I am constantly in different areas of Philadelphia every day. This is by far the best, Pretzel Factory there is in Philadelphia. The food is always hot and fresh, the customer service is great, it’s a pleasure to go there a few times a week And continue to get even more fat after I have a heart attack from eating three or four sausage, pretzels a week, I will be able to say at least they were damn good.
Love the Pretzel Factory but was a little upset today I ordered 2 Cheese hot dogs and when I got home I started eating mine and it had no cheese in it !!! But it was good I just dipped it some spicy mustard

I like to give five star onlyn for the girls they're very nice and friendly I got the hot dog in a pretzel full of cheese but I noticed the hot dog was kind little spoil did not taste good at all I it's been my first time being in his pretzel factory I never been a pretzel factory maybe I'll try the one in New Jersey but Philadelphia I didn't like it they don't taste very good sorry that's the way I feel I love bread so I usually buy pretzels from Subway it's a little expensive...read full review
