Once you enter go right side and you will find the food court. There is a few seatings inside, but due to covid it is better to take the donuts home. Service: I did not have any interaction with the employees. We just order and go. Food: All that we ordered was delicious, we had UBE, MATCHA, YUZU, NUTELLA, COOKIES and CREAM and BLACK SESAME. My favorites are UBE and BLACK SESAME, they have distinct flavors. The dough is soft and gooey, which is what I like for a mochi donut. Price rating: 7/10, it was not that bad for the price. The donut is good! Will definitely come back here if I visit again Hmart in this location! Get the Ube and Black Sesame!“

“I have gone to this Dunkin since I was extremely little, and the staff still remember me by name. They always make my orders with love and care. The staff that work here are incredibly kind and warm to all customers. On top of all this, they are extremely hardworking! “Clean and great service. The cashier greeted me right away and the food was prepped promptly. Everyone was well stocked and the public areas were clean. I even dropped my coffee right in the parking lot by my car and they made me a new one for free despite me offering to pay. Great customer service! Thanks!“

“It was a great experience seeing my name at the Drive Thru area as I arrived for my mobile order. I definitely do not see that in the NYC area and that might be something to think about. “I have had numerous positive experiences at this store. The below is just one of many.I had a coupon for a free matcha latte with purchase. I went to this store and ordered a donut and a matcha latte with skim milk on the app. I saw the employee make a matcha latte. She put the latte to the side and made another latte. When I went to pick up my order, she handed me the second latte. I asked her what had happened. She said that she made the first latte with whole milk and then noticed that I had ordered skim milk so she remade the latte. (Note: I would have had no way of knowing that the first latte was incorrect. She remade it because SHE knew it was incorrect, not because I would have.) She then handed me the first latte and told me to enjoy that one as well. I was blown away by this amazing customer service. This is clearly an employee who takes great pride in her work, and this is also clearly a store that allows their employees to make independent decisions. This Dunkin is truly a cut above the rest with regard to customer service and quality of products.“

“After going through a renovation few months back, this is like the most gorgeous DD ever. They have a drive thru lane, very spacious inside, with slick new tables, chairs and 2 self ordering kiosks. Alongside DD goods, they also have Baskin Robins ice cream for cones and also in tubs.

We went in evening hours and still they had an excellent inventory of donuts and bakery goods. We didn’t have wait in line for too long. Got one donut right away and the hash brown was ready for pickup in couple of minutes.

“This Dunkin is very friendly, accessible and convenient. It is spacious and I always see them cleaning which is nice. The servers are friendly and in particular one of the managers, Khem, is always extremely kind and super helpful! It is a high traffic area but they do their best to get people in and out and normally have a good amount of staff there to make it as quick as possible.“
