I got a mini online order and it was made correctly and was a stacked up sandwich and the guy at the front was really nice to me

Jersey Mike’s is always a hit, the food always taste great. The only thing that stinks is the service. Went in today with my fiancé just to grab a quick lunch together, and we are both of Islamic faith. I asked if we could use a separate slicer or if the man can clean the slicer, and another older guy said that he would take us no problem on the other side. I appreciated it greatly and expressed that. What stinks though, is that the man who was taking care of it for us was huffing and puffing the whole time, rolling his eyes and giving us the nastiest attitude. My fiancé asked for a different type of bread twice, only for him to say 'ofcourse you do' with a very nasty tone. I come to this Jersey Mike’s all the time, I have never had any of the guys give me an issue about needing a slicer cleaned, or moving to the other slicer. I don't understand why this time this guy had to be extremely rude about it. this location normally has such exceptionally kind staff, I don't know where they went wrong with this older guy.

I just walked out of your store. Never before in my life have I had an issue ordering a "to go" sandwich. So today at about 2pm I entered your store, which I've been to many times, and approached the counter (there were no other customers in the entire place). I stand in front of your employee (young African-American, spotty facial hair, long dreds under a large white hairnet/hat) and after a few he asks can he help me. I state, "Yes, a half turkey and swiss please". That was the entire dialogue between us. He then starts cutting loaves in half, putting the tops nearer to the condiments section. He is apparently reading from a slip of paper which he has lying near the slicer. I begin to wonder why he's not slicing my cold cuts, but then he wanders away, eventually coming back with a loaf of provolone which he then slices. He finally completes arranging the bottom of the loaves (about 10-12 total) and begins to make this large called-in order. He has an attitude like I just ran over his dog. I then realized that I was expected to hang out until your employee deemed that I was worthy to receive a sandwich from him. I left. Perhaps you could explain to your employee that 1. you are in the business of selling sandwiches, to get used to it, 2. you don't start on a large new order expecting your customer to wait after you've already asked him what he wants, and 3. adjust your attitude, if you don't like your job it's not the customer's fault. You are not the only store in the area that sells sandwiches. Please remember that.

Found this really nice Jersey Mike's. Great atmosphere a place to sit outside and eat your meal. Super friendly staff. Fast Service!!!. Clean well maintained location. They had a ton of pickup orders ready to go out. Last and most importantly the food was delicious. Well made and prepared.

Have beomce a regular at this location over the past few months, unfortunately that seems to put me in the penalty box. The service & competence of the staff have become spotty at best, and the help (we all know that is a BIG challenge these days) appear to be some of the poorest trained, least well-mannered I have encountered at any of their numerous locations across the country. Some cannot give change, some seem to have no clue what they're role or task is, and some are downright morons. Sorry guys, just tellin it like it is. I will continue to be a JM's customer but not at this location ever again.

The Jersey Mike's in wall nj on rt35 is the worst one I've ever been to. Go a little further onto rt 70 in manasquan...it's worth ut

This is worse Mikes in the nation. I travel this country and visit many Mikes locations. I live in this area and will never use this location. Yet I accidentally ordered a sub with app. They f'ed it up where I paid for bacon and they left it out. This is not the first time they have been neglectful. The owner is the closest to Pete's home in Spring Lake. You would think they would be the best. They are the worst.

Jersey Mike's is always good, and fairly consistent from store to store. There's not an overwhelming amount of meat and cheese and that makes their subs kinda wimpy, but it's always tasty. I always get a mini and sometimes the bread is stale. Kind of hard to review just one store when I've eaten Jersey Mike's in many different locations -- from home in New Jersey, to Illinois, to South Carolina. Have to admit it was pretty cool when I walked into a South Carolina store last month and saw POINT PLEASANT NEW JERSEY in big letters on the wall! ;-)

Saturday 12/17 about noon. Place was not busy. I order a tuna with lettuce, tomato, bacon. I did not ask for “juice”. Got sub with “juice” no bacon. I should have looked at all your recent poor reviews on here, maybe I would have skipped. There are too many places even Jersey Mike’s around to get my business. I won’t be back.

The employees at this location were soo nice and very helpful. Unfortunately you don't see this often these days. All the employees deserve a raise! They make me want to come back!

Not worth the price anymore.. Every time I go back I get less and less food on the sub and the employees give me an attitude whenever I question it… wouldn’t recommend.

This place is getting like subway where they don't give the jersey Mike's experience like it always was. The prices are high and they are giving so much less. I have been going to this place and this is for the owner. Step up the amount of cheese and cold cuts and don't think slicing it thin it seems like more. Step it
