I’m rating based off customer service. We forgot to pick up our order. Totally my own fault so I called to say we will not be picking it up. He was so kind and was trying to offer me a refund but being my own mistake I said no way! I truly appreciate the kindness for a mistake that wasn’t theirs. I can’t say what the food would have been like.

I’m only posting this because I’ve loved Jersey Mike’s for decades and feedback is a gift.

I’m 0-2 last two times at Jersey Mike’s in Wall. Good kids - they don’t listen. Today I ordered two subs - giant cheesesteak and regular turkey with just turkey, a little mayo and lettuce.

I get my order and it’s a regular turkey and regular cheesesteak. So now I need to order and pay for another half. Fine. Except I just drove for...

Plenty of people working. Associates were very friendly. The guy making my sandwiches must’ve been in training because when he was making my veggie sub, I asked him for the green peppers that is supposed to be on it and he said they didn’t have them. At 11:30 on a weekday I would expect that one of the main components of the only vegetarian sandwich would be available. Especially with a grocery store right next-door. Also for some reason the salami was tasteless. Jury is out...
