When I see the negative reviews about service at this location, I'm wondering if people are viewing the wrong store.
Every single employee with which I have had a pleasure to have had any interaction should be the template for any current or new Starbucks employees in training. I've come here many times to get work done. One time, my car wouldn't start and the manager Harry came out to jump my car so it would start. This is one of the best Starbucks in the area and I so appreciate the kindness of the employees, specifically Harry for helping me get my car started. Thank you!
