Their bagels are really good, but their chicken cutlet sandwich is disappointing. The size of the chicken cutlet is quite small compared to the size of the roll, so it becomes a too much bread situation (see pics). They also don't seem to have enough foil to wrap the sandwich properly, it was delivered open.
