Their bagels are really good, but their chicken cutlet sandwich is disappointing. The size of the chicken cutlet is quite small compared to the size of the roll, so it becomes a too much bread situation (see pics). They also don't seem to have enough foil to wrap the sandwich properly, it was delivered open.

The bagels here are simply the best! Freshly made, perfectly scooped and toasted just the way I like them. My personalized bagel with fresh lox was beyond delicious. Crisp on the outside, soft inside, and full of flavor.
The atmosphere is always warm and friendly, and I have to give special thanks to Tuli, who usually works on weekends. He is fantastic! Always kind, attentive, and somehow remembers everyone’s favorite...

The food is awesome. The place is kept very very clean. The employees are so nice but please it is so hot in there the working condition is horrible. It is so hot. The air conditioners are not working. I even got on top of a chair to feel the air from the air conditioner. There is nothing hot air is coming out of there. These people look like they’re soaking in their own clothing because it’s so hot and that’s a shame because they’re very dedicated in good people. They...
