First fix on line menu I wanted a 1/4 pounder king , employee said that they discontinued this sandwich, 2nd how hard it to serve HOT food, they just remodeled this location and still get cold food, my wife got a bk melt that wasn't cooked raw in middle,COMON Man NEVER AGAIN I'm going to Taco

I waited months for the new renovation to be over and finally when it was open I was excited. Unfortunately my first order back was cold. My whopper was cold and onion rings were cold. Did not enjoy my meal at all. The next time I went I was waiting in the drive thru just to realize there are two order lanes to order food now. I watch people cut in the other lane and order their food before me. I mentioned it in the window and instead of taking my order right away he made me wait to get everyone else order together. I drive away with them losing $20 plus dollars that day and now I’ll never give my money to these people again. Coming from a regular customer before the renovation to them losing weekly money from me because they’re incompetence. Sad.

This place USED TO BE the best around, your food was always hot and the service was great and then they remodeled and got new staff and it's horrible now. This place was better when the old staff ran it. I never had an issue with my order before they redid it. They can't get your payment or your order right here anymore and when I got my food it was cold. Wouldn't recommend this location anymore which is really disappointing. :(
They are still working out the bugs after the reopening. I was told there would be a 17 minute wait before the biscuits would be ready. I went to Wendy's instead

So I do not know what these other reviews are talking about and who payed them to write them, but this location has been closed for 3-4 months now for renovations. The problem is how is the taco bell that is right across the street from them, take less time to finish building their whole store FROM SCRATCH while this burger king is taking longer just for some pavement and rework inside. Sucks cause this place is good and there are not a whole lot of fast food options around us or at least good ones. On top of that literally two weeks ago it said the place was opened, drove to it and to no surprise closed.
