Usually only go via the drive-thru for lunch and mostly have to wait on other customers slowly paying with cash at the first window. Personally I have not had an issue with the speed of the restaurant itself.

However they don't like to tell you if they're out of something, they'd rather make it wrong or substitute something else and not notify you. I've gotten their long chicken sandwich on a round burger bun, wrong drink, wrong sauces and...

Was pleasantly surprised by how clean and efficient it was to order our dinner inside, instead of the drive thru. A very pleasant experience. No one in line so we didn’t wait at all. Great customer service as well.

Good chow at fair prices, all things considered. Foreign operation. One can pre-order by mobile app or at the terminals directly in front of the counter. The bathroom is clean. There are three high chairs.
