“Went to the Tree Tavern for a privet event. Over the weekend. The food was Delicious, Charcuterie board, Salad, Bruschetta, Spinach Artichoke Dip, Pork Potstickers, Shrimp Coconut & Buffalo, Fried Calamari. Beef Sliders, 3 different Pizzas, not sure if I missed something, but it just kept coming out and was so good. The service was on point, sensational. The outdoor Atmosphere has a laidback relax vibe. In short, this is the BEST KEPT SECRET IN NEW JERSEY. A must do again and again...“

“Without question THE BEST INDIAN FOOD around. Better than any Indian place I've eaten at in Manhattan on Lex/Curry Hill. The Gobi Manchurian incredible, the Mushroom Dry Fry appetizer incredible, Incredible. Tandoori chicken for $18, was like 6 nice delicious pieces of chicken. My veg entree Aloo Palak was yummy, I just ate the rest for lunch now. Get the green mint sauce on the side, it's so good. The owner is so sweet, I'm a grouch, but she always makes me smile. Thank you.

P.S. I was literally sitting next to the family that left a one star review 14 hours ago. The guy was literally complaining to the owner the entire time. She was very polite and said don't worry, she will take care of it and offered him something. Honestly the portions are generous and the prices are not high. The Tandoori chicken is like $18. Frankly that's cheap. Seems like that guy was trying to feed a family of 4 with one entree or something. Shame on him. Read all the other 5 stars reviews.

“The food was easily the best Arab food I’ve had. Ever. The owners were super nice and actually invited us to sit instead of take out, and we got complimentary toum (also best toum I’ve ever had), peppers, pickles, and some sort of Arab bread. The bread was nice and crackly and there was a LOT of it. The toum, unlike other Arab places with toum, was actually light and had that whipped texture that is desired. The garlic flavor was on point and not too overpowering. The star of the show was easily the crispy chicken shawarma, though. It looks small in some videos, but it was wider than my mouth. I had to do some talking to find out myself, but to get the fries, toum, and pickles next to the shawarma, you need to ask for the crispy chicken shawarma combo. It was super crispy, and the breading was very nicely toasted. I kept finding myself layering the top with some pickles, fries, and more toum. They also drizzled some pomegranate molasses on the chicken shawarma, which gave it a tangy but also fruity aftertaste. We also ordered the charcoal chicken and kebab. The kebab, instead of normal beef on a stick, actually came with some yellow rice and some REALLY GOOD spicy seasoned bread that was very soft and moist on some parts and crispy on the others. You could literally see the spice particles on it. The charcoal chicken was juicy, tender, and had that charcoal roasted flavoring. It even came with a bunch of complimentary fries. The fries on both the shawarma and the charcoal chicken was nicely battered, and the shawarma fries were very well seasoned. The only thing is that the bathroom is through a door that leads upstairs, and you have to open two doors. If you’re someone like me and don’t like the feeling of putting grip on things with sticky stuff on your hands, you won’t like that. It’s one of those turn knobs. Finally, the music made me feel like I was actually back in Abu Dhabi watching fire shows while eating falafel. Please visit, they are amazing people who make amazing food!“

“From the moment we walked in, the host greeted us like old friends and walked us right to our table — I instantly had a good feeling, and I was right. Our server was awesome — super friendly, knew the menu inside out, and was on top of everything all night.

The menu is classic Italian but with a twist — way more interesting than your standard North Jersey Italian spot. The ossobuco was fantastic (if I had to nitpick, I’d say the risotto could’ve used a touch less water and a heavier hand with the parm). The clams were fresh and baked to perfection, and my son devoured his ravioli. For dessert, the bread pudding was absolutely unreal — honestly worth the trip alone.

“Had a great dinner on our ladies night out! The food was absolutely delicious and the service was attentive and friendly from start to finish.

There was a small mishap when one of the servers accidentally spilled my drink while clearing the table, but honestly, accidents happen and it didn’t take away from our experience. . What really stood out was how incredibly apologetic and professional the entire staff was. Multiple servers including management came over to check on us and treated us to dessert and coffee which was not necessary, but very much appreciated!

It really says a lot about a place when something unexpected happens and they handle it with such care and class.

Just right. I loved the thin noodles. The salad was ok but my husband enjoyed it. The chicken skillet with bruschetta was AMAZING! Very generous portions. The sauce was so flavorful. I added mushrooms and best mushrooms ever! The spinach was a little salty but great! And the bruschetta mixed was a wonderful mix! I truly did love it. The calamari was okay but not my thing. The pasta was amazing! And all homemade. My husband liked the calamari but didn’t realize it wasn’t breaded. The cookie and Ice cream were great! I liked the cheesecake! Very light! “I stopped into Danny's Pizza early in the day, shortly after they opened. I saw a sign outside that said they were voted #1 best pizza which I'm usually skeptical about. After having a slice though, I was pleasantly surprised. The pizza had a thin, crispy base with an incredibly flavorful sauce. The sauce to cheese ratio was spot on and the cheese was perfectly fresh and melted to perfection. Even the crust was bready and delicious. I'm definitely a fan.“
