4 of us went there last night not knowing reservations are recommended. We were able to be seated at 5:30 but told (not so nicely) that there was a reservation coming at 7 for this particular table! I almost walked out after that comment was made. Other than that, the food was delicious and our waitress was great!
great atmosphere...Italian old classic music..really good NY Strip Steak. very good lager beer and house Cabernet. Server Gina the best! Pretty good tiramisu. Calamari good but slightly generous in its serving size. totally 5 star 🌟

Acquaviva Restaurant and Bar in Sussex County, NJ offers a delightful dining experience. Their Burrata with Prosciutto and Balsamic drizzle is excellent, as well as the Salmon Dijon and Steak Pizzaiola. The meatballs, stuffed chicken, and tortellini are also highly recommended. The spaghetti and meatballs are phenomenal and the calamari is the best. The food is absolutely delicious, and the service is even better, with a friendly and attentive staff who are great with children. Acquaviva also serves cappuccino and has a cozy atmosphere with private seating. Despite a slight delay in seating, the warm bread and delicious dishes make it a must-try restaurant. Customers praise the excellent food, friendly bartender, and overall pleasant dining experience.
