The grass fed beef burger tastes amazing; this is what beef is supposed to taste like! My favorite burger in NJ! The place and staff are great too.

We had a great experience for our first time here. Love that they use local beef, it truly makes all of the difference in freshness and taste. Fantastic burgers, really good fries, great service! The waitress brought my two little kids a couple of cups of ice cream (no charge) which was really nice and much appreciated. Can’t wait to go back and explore more of the menu!

Stopped in here on a whim because we were hungry, and it was Sunday, 4pm, and the place had a bunch of cars in the parking lot. Great homemade fire grilled burger. ?Lettuce was nice and fresh; tomato was sliced well; which I have a hard time finding in Sussex county. I'm pleasantly surprised with the fries as well. They were well drained, large, seasoned, and the presentation in the small wire basket was the cherry on top. The place was very clean, the hostess was really nice and pleasant. Will definitely stop in again. Thank you for an enjoyable meal experience.
The food, service, and atmosphere are great! My family had the blooming onion for an appetizer and it was great along with the sauce. I had the Border Burger and it was amazing! My only recommendation is that the cilantro aioli could use more cilantro. My parents had the Ball Game Dog and the Bacon Cheddar Dog and they really enjoyed it. Our server was nice, not sure of her name but she has been there for 30 years from the old diner, the music they played was good and the customer areas were clean.

Went for dinner, had hot dogs, not only were they big, but they were deliciously loaded too. Loved the steak fries and blooming onion, and the burger was very delicious, too. We are stuffed, very pleased with everything!

I recently moved back to the States after living overseas for 5 years. I grew up in Bergen County, and moving to Sussex, I was (am) so dissapointed in the food. Cow Patty's has been a game changer for us. I order weekly. All of a sudden, my eat anything 2 year old has become so fussy. This is the ONLY food that she doesn't just pick at; she eats a full size, adult dinner. It's always packaged so well, nothing has ever spilled and we haven't had a single bad meal from them. I'm trying to go through most of the menu! I'm close to halfway there and everything has been better than the next.We really love you guys! The food is still hot when delivered. The smiley faces on the boxes put a smile on my face every time I open the bag. Most importantly, my daughter tears into the cod and chicken. It's such a relief after trying multiple different options during the day. ?3/8: update bc the food and the service is just incredible. Another rough week for me and my girl. She's happily eating her sliders and has surprise churros for dessert. **pic below. Insanely good food. We're going to have to come in and eat on our next mommy/daughter night!**
Both times I’ve eaten here I ordered wings and a burger, so that’s what I’ll be reviewing.The burgers are the perfect blend to me. They aren’t overly massive where you can’t even eat it, but they aren’t skinny burgers either. They are perfectly cooked and the combos they have are great.As for the wings. They are THICK boys. Amazing choices of wet and dry sauces/ rubs. My fiance and I tried the maple bacon it was delicious. I’ve also gotten the classic buffalo and the perfect blend of heat and buttery goodness.Give this place a shot!

TL:DR - Great burgers - the tots are better than fries.Ordered online, which while it let me customize everything, it did not allow for special instructions or allergy notes. Asked me to sign up to earn reward points, then let me know I didn’t earn any. Neat.Custom burger (turkey, bacon, cheese, lettuce, tomato on brioche) was well cooked and delicious. Bacon was crispy, and there was plenty of it! It was a bit larger than I expected in all the wonderful ways. Burgers here are the best and you can swap in or out whatever you want.The fries - which I ordered “plain fries” - came coated in some kind of seasoned salt. Not plain. So be forewarned about the fries - they automatically come with seasoned salt on them. They were otherwise pretty average fries, and an average portion. I’ve gotten the tater tots in the past and wow I should have stuck with those.The side of mac and cheese was fantastic. It was a generous portion of cheesy, flavorful spiral noodles. I’ll definitely get this again, maybe even on a burger? If you love mac and cheese, get this.The churros were served with a side of caramel dipping sauce - they were crispy and a tasty way to end the meal. Lots of sauce for dipping, and cinnamon sugar.So overall, I can’t recommend the fries but the burgers are amazing. Will definitely be back.Parking: The location is on a small triangle of land. The parking spaces are small in size and in number, so on weekends they are often full. The paving of the lot is awful with large potholes and in wet weather a pond.
