Honestly I've been really disappointed the past few days here at Dunkin. I am a regular here and for months never any issues but yesterday the guy never deducted my free drink off my order and I lost 900 points paid full price it's w.e Dunkin gave me 500 points back. Today I figured to avoid mishap I would order on my app well everything was fine aside from the chorizo &egg wrap I ordered was actually chicken. So I drove immediately back to show them my mobile order, bring the old wrap and get a new one, but theirs always this one lady here who looks like she hates her job and has a attitude. It was Dunkins mistake to mess up my order not mine and yes I did bring the old wrap back including my app to show my order, instead of making unnecessary comments out loud to the other employee she could've walked over and spoke with me directly. I use to love coming here but honestly as of late I'd rather go elsewhere. There's very few people here that work drive thru that are actually very friendly and courteous.

Very slow and very unorganized. Some of the staff is rude and hate their job or at least act like they do while the others are working hard have a smile on their face and are polite. Ordering ahead does not save you time. They often give your stuff to some one at the drive through. This has happened to me more than once and most recently made me late for work. They are unorganized and think telling you it’s taking 15 min to microwave your food because they had a lot of food orders is an acceptable response. I think the only reason they’re even lasting as a business is because of the location and the convenience of drive through. If bagel tree had a drive through and yummy flavors, Dunkin would shut down.

If you order more than 1 thing, somethings getting messed up. A large coffee is 3.70 something and most of the time its burnt or weak. This place sucks.

Terrible service. Guy took my order. Then walked and made 2 other drinks. Made a third beverage and placed it on the counter my the mobile orders. All the other patrons left with their order. The guy that took my order went to take drive thru orders. After several minutes of standing there I finally asked another person if that was my coffee and she said yes. She looked at the guy that took my order and rolled her eyes and said she was sorry. Terrible service and not going back to this location.

This Dunkin is abysmal. The only thing that keeps me coming back is the staff is really friendly and make good drinks. What’s not acceptable is waiting 20 minutes on the drive through line every day. If you don’t have enough staff to properly run your business then whoever is managing the place should step in. Or Dunkin itself for that matter. Don’t come here unless you leave for your destination a half hour earlier than you were planning on leaving.

I got to this Dunkin on a daily basis and I have to say how helpful. courteous and nice all of the employees are. Again, I go there every morning and I look forward to the experience!They make me fresh decaf and serve it with a smile. Great coffee, great people, great service.

First time I went in with my kids... I had pre-ordered and I didn't have much of an issue it just took a little long but the employees were nice about it and offered apologies. The second time was horrendous. I pre-ordered and pre-paid when I drove up there was no other customers and the sales employe refused to give my order. She claimed it never showed up on their end. Even after I showed her my receipt on my phone, she still refused. It took about a month to get a refund. (I had to email corporate) edit: DD on 94 so much better!!! Go there instead (actually nice service)

Just came from here and got two large hot teas and this is how I get my tea this is crazy I could have paid for a med tea if this was the case. This makes me so angry as a customer because I am here all the time
