I've been meaning to give this place a try for a while now and I'm glad I did. Staff is friendly and the dining atmosphere is really laid back. Ordered a tray with half chicken and half of the ribs with rice and beans. The biggest struggle Portuguese barbecue faces is when you transport the food home and the skin on the chicken sweats and is no longer crispy. That wasn't the case here. The flavor was on point. I ordered catering from Brasa wood-fired grill, to provide lunch for the Local Warren, NJ Comparion Insurance Agency all hands meeting. My agents are still raving about the food, especially the bbq cauliflower, as apparently 1 tray was not enough! Brasa has quickly become my agents new favorite spot. Thank you Rob and all the Brasa staff for the great service and amazing food!
