Tap & Bitters is a clean and nice restaurant, with friendly staff. The steak frittes may be a hit if you like lots of sauce. They also offer good fries and dessert. The breakfast items were warm, perhaps a bit too warm for some. The restaurant is located in a hotel, so it can get crowded, especially with families. The service might be slow, but the wings and food in general are tasty. The fish tacos were too salty for one reviewer, but the kale salad and steak were enjoyable. Overall, a good spot for hotel guests, with a nice beer selection.
