Tap & Bitters Reviews
Great local beers and tasty Fish N Chips!!
Words truly can’t express how incredible the food is here. We stayed for four nights and ended up eating at the restaurant every single morning and evening. Normally, we like to explore different places to eat because hotel restaurants are often just “okay.” But this was completely different. This isn’t just a hotel restaurant — it’s a true dining experience led by an exceptional executive chef.
The passion behind every dish is unmatched. You can taste the care,...read full review
I liked this restaurant. I didn't realize it is inside a hotel. But once inside you are separate from the lobby. The food and service was very good.

Tap & Bitters is a clean and nice restaurant with friendly staff and a relaxed setting. The steak frittes may be a hit if one enjoys lots of sauce, and the fries are phenomenal. The breakfast items were warm, perhaps a bit too warm for some. Located in a hotel, it can get crowded, especially with families. While the service might be slow at times, the wings and food in general are tasty. The fish tacos were too salty for one reviewer, but the kale salad and steak were enjoyable.
One reviewer highlighted the salmon, saying it was crispy, perfectly seasoned, and a truly amazing dish that kept getting better with each bite. The burger also received praise, and the staff were noted as kind and attentive, making the dining experience enjoyable. Additionally, the New Orleans inspired meal features items like the Honey Glazed Brussel Sprouts appetizer and Tap Signature Gumbo, making it a good spot for hotel guests with a nice beer selection. Overall, it is a great place to relax and enjoy a meal.
