I know it’s towards the end of the night, but she is still always so pleasant and my food always made perfect and quickly. Tonight’s turkey sandwich was no exception. Too many times people just complain or take good service for granted, and I’d love to see see them get the recognition deserved. Some of us do appreciate it, especially when we’re running to work. “I love Panera!! The food is good as it always is. What made our visit really memorable was the staff member Misheel (please forgive me if I spelled your name wrong!) who made absolutely sure our food was satisfactory. When we picked up our food, he made sure we knew that we could come to them with any concerns or questions. I got up at one point to get some butter for my bread and some dressing for my salad, and he was super accommodating. He also came by to check on us as we were eating. Really stellar service, I’m super impressed!“

Our orders typically include a 'something-and-broccoli' dish, and they always manage to cook the broccoli to perfect tenderness. I'll also add that this is the only takeout place (ever) where I've actually liked the sesame chicken. In most places, it's either too sweet, mushy, or overly sauced; here, it's dependably delicious.
