The soft serve ice cream at Carvel is always excellent. I love good ole chocolate. Sometimes I get it in a cup, sometimes in a cone. Great either way. Sometimes you get service with a smile, sometimes with a frown. Depends on who you get.
This place has been here since the days of Tom Carvel and Fudgey the Whale. It has the usual soft-serve ice cream cones and cakes. Quite expensive for a simple cone.
