Great service, great place to go! I went with my friends after school and it was super fun! Just don’t try to eat it at the district taco next door… they’ll kick you out lmaoooo! But crumbl is so delicious go try it if you haven’t!
The cookies themselves are great, but unfortunately the service during my visit was disappointing. The employee packaging the cookies appeared extremely stressed and was yelling customer names in a way that felt an angry /tense and unprofessional. Her hair was not tied back and was hanging over the cookies, which was concerning especially since all other employees had their hair properly secured.

Today I ordered and added my birthday cookie and never received my order. The doordash girl took the box of four cookies and handed my son my small birthday box.
I contacted the store and o.m.g the action to redeliver taken on this was fast and amazing!
