Worst Chipolte I have ever been to. I have been to this location 4 times and it has been consistently horrible. They always have 1 person working doing everything so there is always a wait longer than there should be. The people that work there are rude and act like they can’t be bothered. Constantly run out of food (chicken this time causing an extra 20 minute wait) and drinks. Chips are always stale. Corporate really needs to get involved and turn this place around.
I normally go to this place like once in a month, and yesterday, I'm not sure if this happened just to myself, but after I had few bites of Steak Burrito bowl, I threw up 4 times. So sick. Like food poison but my whole body was cold and shaking. Service was bad and food was bad also. I won't come back here again.
All of the bad reviews are right. Wait time is horrible, every single staff member genuinely seems like they have no idea what's going on. Mobile ordered through the fast lane 20 minutes prior to arriving, and upon arriving there was a line of cars waiting and we were sitting there for over half an hour waiting for our order.
