“As much as I love the FiveGuys franchise, I dislike this particular location. It’s not the service inside that I don’t like, what I don’t like is that the online ordering is NEVER functioning (like a 1 in 4 chance). I don’t understand why this store in particular seems to have problems with online orders but it’s really frustrating because I like ordering ahead to eat before going to the movies. If I can’t order ahead there, I end up going to the other stores nearby that do allow online ordering. So then you guys lose business, and I’m disappointed too because I did have a craving for it. I hope that this issue gets resolved, if it’s a need for an IT guy to fix the service or whatever, might be worth investing.Edit: seems to be working better recently“
