Sarku Japan is national chain of Japanese takeout restaurants, mostly in the northeast. I have over the years been to at least twenty of their locations, and never been disappointed. This Sarku Japan in Willowbrook Mall, Wayne, NJ, is yet another in a long line of this chain to meet my expectations. The food here is good which explains the usual long lines. But the lines do move quickly.The chicken teriyaki is great for the price vs portion but I do wish they used white meat instead.Service is also good. They give you extra teriyaki sauce if you ask.
