I could understand if I went there during their peak hours. I was there around 10:00 and service was slow and one of the item was missed. They made good on the missed item, but that was another wait time
I just wanna say the 3 girls working there Sunday night 11/24/24 are very nice and I see that they work so hard, I got there right before they closed and saw how busy it got. They did what they had to, to push out everyone’s drinks and it was so smooth. Very hardworking people ! Great service.
This story is located inside the Willowbrook mall, right in front of the food court. Very popular and crowded. They have some wonderful Starbucks merchandise, very nicely decorated.We had to wait about 5 minutes in line to order. Both baristas at the back were super efficient, handing out drinks rapidly. They were not wasting time in gossiping at all. We got our 3 drinks within few minutes after the order. My strawberry acai was perfectly made. My daughter finished her cake pop...
