I feel compelled to share my experience because I’m very disappointed. My family and I eat out frequently and eating at this Cheesecake Factory was horrible enough for me to make my first negative review. The managers are not capable of resolving minor issues, especially Cole. The food was normal Cheesecake Factory food so we don’t expect five stars, just a family night out.
