“Took my visiting sister there on a Tuesday evening. She was taken aback by the level of service that made us feel like VIPs! After getting a great window seat, my Sis jokingly said, "How romantic, too bad I'm here with my brother". Our gorgeous server Michelle was spectacular. She made multiple trips to the bar to find 'just the right wine' for my sister's particular taste and made two special requests to the kitchen on our behalf. Michelle's calming presence and 'in the moment' attitude made us feel very special. Being an intellectual herself, Michelle engaged with us most excellently in conversation. I've had a few nice meals before at the Chart House, but this by far was the best experience ever thanks to Michelle.”

“Hudson Blue Bar was amazing! The sushi was delicious and it was a great spot to catch up with some friends with drinks. Even now in the winter, the views are great and overall a really good place to go. Will be back for sure!”

“Full disclosure, my breakfasts were free with my hotel room. But the quality was high and the servers were friendly and prompt.

They also had a pretty good (maybe not great) beer selection for my evening visits.

Great views and steps from NY Waterway ferry to Midtown. Also close to NJT buses to Port Authority.”

“Today I witnessed something that really impressed me. Coming from NYC you can really appreciate good customer service. Emily a lovely young lady was behind the counter and she presented herself so well in the face of an irate middle aged lady who instead of trying to compromise on the absence of the gluten free bread immediately jumped down Emily's throat. I have to admit I felt like I was back in NYC and oddly enough I felt like I was home again. But I want my new environment to feel more at peace and even though that was not the case with this client and how she reacted to something that could have been easily resolved; I observed how effortlessly Emily took control and handled the situation while maintaining her respect. Thanks to the Gotan staff because I love your cappuccino's, your great big smiles and those adorable uniforms.”
