Clean and service was exceptional! Not no mention the food was grrrrreat!
Quite salty. If you’re health conscious make sure to ask next time to go easy on the salt. Not always but sometimes unbearably salty. My burger felt like someone poured salt on it rather than shake it. Same with the fries. I like their salads but again chicken or meat is usually a bit salty and the veggies are not enough to counter it. I like their paninis and sandwiches overall and that they offer gluten-free buns and wraps now. I don’t remember seeing those options...read full review

Alessio's Cafe is a great local Italian cafe in Weehawken facing NYC. Coffee, pastries, sandwiches and pizza are all great. The menu includes iced cinnamon latte, Morning Wrap, Large Cheese Pizza Pie and 10 count Buffalo Wings. Banana matcha is also offered. Staff are friendly and the atmosphere is fantastic, very quaint and inviting. Service is standard counter service but often terrific, with staff taking time to answer questions. The location is walkable with other restaurants nearby and great views. Many customers return for the wide range of choices and quick meals. The cafe is a favorite weekend morning spot and a popular spot for Super Bowl parties.
