The owner, Tina, is always there chatting with customers and supporting her staff with genuine care, creating a positive energy as soon as one walks in. The restaurant offers great quality food, including the fantastic Greek omelette, egg and cheese bagel on an asiago bagel, and delicious pastrami lox. The homemade apple pie and cookies are also well-loved. The freshly ground coffee is a must-try, with Nara making great coffee that is highly praised. While the atmosphere is generally cozy and welcoming, some customers have noted that in-person service can be chaotic and disorganized at times, leading to longer waits. However, many appreciate the awesome staff and Tina, making it a great business for the community.
