Blu on the Hudson is a must-visit! The food is incredible, presentation is excellent, service was off the charts, and the view and ambience are incredible. This is one of my top restaurants I've ever visited, and I do quite a lot of traveling.

Fortunately I had a dinner reservation for the outside patio. The noise level inside the building was extremely loud. I told my friends I wouldn't want to come during the winter because of the noise volume. If I wanted to have a conversation with a friend the noise levels would have been too high. Jayden our waiter was very slow with his service. I know most restaurants can be like this because they want customers to order drinks, desserts and appetizers etc. Alyssa the manager...

We really enjoyed our experience at Blu on the Hudson! Our server was attentive and accommodating when it came to our menu preferences. our steaks were cooked perfectly to medium! Great atmosphere and excellent service. We could definitely come back.
