The omakase is a fifteen course meal that is well worth it, with every piece delicious and flavor combinations really amazing, like the piece with homemade chili sauce. The chef, Rudy, is friendly, easily engages in conversation, and has enough showmanship to keep things interesting while keeping it cozy and intimate. The dessert, like the coconut melon parfait, is to die for. The service and hospitality are amazing, and the environment is warm and wonderful. The food is high quality, with the chef hand crafting every piece of fish and making gluten free soy sauce from scratch.
